None of the equipment we ordered was available or loaded in the truck. Randomly had to facetime with the owner of the location for no apparent reason. Gas was nearly empty. My wife and I were accosted by homeless people in the parking lot hanging around the store, one of whom stated that she was "a criminal." Couldn't upload pictures before renting despite many attempts which I had to abort because the situation with the homeless people was escalating into a dangerous one for my wife and son.
