We tried to get pictures and so we wouldn't get charged the extra $20.00 but apparently they took down the wrong phone # because we called to get our account # because we couldn't access our mail. and they didn't have our name or our #. So we had to just put the keys in the box and eat another $20.00. not great.

It was really hard to find out where the rental key box was the truck was very hard to get the lock to unlock but I finally got and when I rented it to the place I picked it up and had trouble getting the lock back on the truck door In the back I called and told uhaul and did the return on the app she had to walk me through it because it wasn't easy to understand at first until she did something on her end I told her I couldn't get the lock back on the door so she told me to lock the keys and lock inside the truck and so I did I got a call from the place I picked it up from asking about the key and I explained it to him he said he was going to call a lock smith to get another key but I am pretty sure they have extra keys I took all of the pictures she wanted me to do I had 3/4 ot a tank and when I was going to return it it had just a little bit off of the 3/4 mark I put 5.00 in it to get it back to the 3/4 mark now they are telling me they took 30.00 off of my deposit and it looks like they are returning to my debit card 45.60 now I have rented uhaul trucks before by Yuma AZ uhaul trucks it has always been what amount was in the tank return it with what you got it with now this he person on the phone that put in what it had in it at the time I picked it up so that's what I did 3/4 ot a tank is what it had and what I returned it with that's the way it has always been and now they took out another 30.00 for gas it says in my receipt YUMA SHIP and MORE LLC. because it wasn't completely full when I returned it I took pictures of the dashboard showing what it had and they're saying I didn't return it with a full tank so they took an extra 30.00 it's not right especially when it was so hard to get the lock off at first I had to have someone help me with unlocking it and when I returned it it was really hard to get the lock back on the lock I believe to be too big for the whole the door lock had not to mention there was another paddle lock in the same whole and there was no reason for it to have 2 paddle locks one is surfice. Now I noticed that the back up camera needed to be serviced because it was way off from where it was telling me what was behind me i almost hit a truck because the camera was saying it was further away from the back of the truck then it was it actually closer if it wasn't for my friend who was taking me home after I returned it she yelled stop and I was looking at the camera to judge my clearance so I was not happy with YUMA SHIP and MORE LLC I believe I should be able to get the 30.00 gas charge returned to me because I have always returned it with what was in it when I picked up the truck and returned it with what was in it when I returned it so I did that and have been charged 30.00 for no reason THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND PATIENCE WITH MY PROBLEM HERE SINCERELY YOURS DELORES BARDEN
