The U-Haul app was a total hassle. I was picking up after hours and couldn't get the app to respond -- ended up having to call My Storehouse after-hours' number. Fortunately, they were able to log in and give me pick up information. Then when I tried to return the vehicle, the app kept giving me error messages, so I'm not sure if my return/odometer photo was ever submitted or not.
