There was no staff at the location we had been told to get the truck. We had to call a number posted at the locked door of the office. The truck was not stocked with the packing blankets and furniture dolly we had paid for. The man on the phone told us we had to get them from another location. This was all happening during normal business hours on a week day. The truck did not have a full tank of gas. We took a picture of the gauge so we would be sure to return it with the same amount. The drop-off location did not want to see the picture. We were charged for topping up the tank. The location where we picked up the truck did not do their job. I doubt anyone saw the truck between the previous customers and our taking it.
