There wasn't anyone there at pick and it took calling head office to get a response. The van was dirty inside and out. Food and liquid spilled on the interior. Dirt, cat litter and crap in the back of the van. The fuel guage was right on empty. Pick up was supposed to be 4pm but I sat there for 45 minutes waiting for someone to call or show up. Very frustrating when you book a van several weeks in advance and this is how you're treated. Stay as far away from Uhaul as you can.

Took over an hour to pick up the truck. Very clumsy without someone on site. Was sent a billing prior to pickup and the phone attendant had to convince me to pay again anyway. He spoke poor English.

Amandeep SWhen I arrived at my reservation time, no one was in the office and the door was locked. I called a posted number and got an answering machine. Finally someone called me and it took a long time to get my rental settled, even though I had a confirmed reservation. It was very difficult to do over the phone, and if someone had been in the office (it was during posted office hours) it would have been easier and less frustrating. When I finally got the truck it was parked in a tight spot that was going to be difficult to get out. Furthermore, there was a car blocking the only way out. I had to call again and get someone to move the car. I have normally had excellent experience with U Haul but this time it was very frustrating and disappointing!!
Kris BI had 10 am appointment, but there was no one there. After calling multiple times to some number, I finally got link. But couldn't able to open link, had to share card info with someone who I dont even know. I used truck for 12 miles to be exact, I received truck with little under half tank and filled gas for 10 dollars which is more than 12 miles usage. I even told dealer thar needle hasn't moved at all, do you want me to fill. I was told to fill even 5 dollars, but when I looked at my invoice, there was 26 dollars fuel sur charge. It does seems like this place is trying to scam people for their hard earned money.
