I had an appointment to pick up a 6x12 trailer at the Medford Wisconsin location. I asked if it was check out - tires and electrical. The direction light on the right did not work and the wiring at the trailer hitch showed bare wire. I was then sent to a location that was not open. The lady at the Abbotsford Wisconsin location came to the rescue and I was able to rent a 5x8 trailer.

NANCY OVehicle was clean and staff friendly. However… battery ground cable wasn’t working properly causing me to idle the truck for several hours out of fear of not getting restarted thus burning a lot more fuel than was necessary
