ERIC TI had an appointment to pick up a 6x12 trailer at the Medford Wisconsin location. I asked if it was check out - tires and electrical. The direction light on the right did not work and the wiring at the trailer hitch showed bare wire. I was then sent to a location that was not open. The lady at the Abbotsford Wisconsin location came to the rescue and I was able to rent a 5x8 trailer.
