Very simple and efficient drop off procedure.
Dinah GWhen I checked out at the Denton location they told me to have it back at the Abilene location by the end of the day Friday and apparently that wasn't correct. It was supposed to be back by 11:00 a.m. so we got charged 70 bucks definitely not happy about that and y'all should be better about informing your customers who use you that that could be a charge they could receive.
