No one set up the rental, was there for 40 minutes trying to find the person that ran the business. He had is daughter just hand me keys. No check in, I even had to unhook a trailer off the truck myself. Truck was not clean at all. Then even after he handed me the keys, he still didn't follow up and check in the truck to me online. So I was not able to drop it off.
