When I got to the Metro Fuel location, the gentleman at the counter gave me a number to call to get the code for the lock box located on the side of the building. The number that I called did not answer and I had to leave a voicemail. I called this number multiple times within a span of 20 minutes and did not hear back, have not heard back and it is now the next day. The clerk stated that when he calls no one answers, so he gives the number to the client to call. I had to call U-haul support and talked to Marcus, who was an absolute life saver, for him to be able to look up my reservation and give me the code to get the Kay. We arrived at 9:57 for a 10:00 am pick up and was not able to get the key and drive until 10:45 am. Drop off was fine with no issues, but we were due to be at a location after pick-up and I gave enough time if there were any complications with the reservation, and still ended up 20 minutes late. Would not recommend this location due to absolutely no communication or expectation of urgency.

Cash station cashier had difficulty checking me in. It took almost 40 minutes. Cashier needed to take care of customers buying cigarettes, lotto tickets, beverages, etc.
