It turns out we turned it in a day early. The staff were helpful and informative and I had my follow up email available before the end of that. Plus the chickens at the drop off place were amusing.

The check in and check out process was not smooth with a phone. It took forever to upload pictures to the point it was timing out. Other than that our exposes was good!

PAUL NHad no idea how to process the rental. Waited 30 minutes to pay for my trailer rental. Had to take $ 60 Cash because he didn’t know how to do without a card. Ridiculous. Now I’m waiting for my deposit to be mailed back to me from U-Haul. Never again.
