We had problems with the rear door and we were just 15 minutes late (9:15 am)and were charged for a whole day ($40.00) and insurance ($28.00) because KC’s put our truck return time at (12:00 pm) because she thought it would not charge me that fee. Nice place besides that it cost me $72.76 for that extra day and if I would have known that I would not have worked my ass off emptying the truck to get it back.
