Signage to locate is hard to find
THEODORE SFill up the tank. i HATE getting vehicle with 7/16 full gas tank. if the truck is returned minus 4 gallons, charge the customer $16 or $20 extra and then go to the nearby Citgo or Town Pump and fill up the GD tank?!!!!!!!!!!! It should not be my responsibility to guess how much gas I put in the truck before I return it. The truck was great. The people in Nebraska, nice. I could do without 2 corporate people calling me asking about my return date. Oh, and I could have delivered this truck the same day. Why not offer 20 or 30% off if returned in 24 hours? this would benefit UHaul having the truck sooner. UHaul Corporate is stupid. I will consider Penske next time,
