ELYSIA FThe girl working the counter was excellent and as efficient as she could be with her ancient computer connection. She was very sweet and took care of our rental easily.
Ynette DA paperclip a straw wrapper and a little dirt in the cab of the truck from the previous user. I was foolish and figured I'd return it in the same condition that it was rented. The owner at this location felt the need to charge a $25 cleaning fee for 10 seconds of his time. Feels like he may have a personal stake in the fee. He was also on site when I delivered the truck but had me waiting so long without even a courteous "I'll be right there" that I did the self guided drop off.
Gary WI cleaned the cab and the inside of the cargo bay super well, to the point of wiping down the dash and floorboards with a wet cloth. Still I got charged a cleaning fee. Also there's no way I drove as many miles as claimed. After doing the math I was charged for 84 extra miles. The people were nice, but I definitely got cheated out of over 100 dollars which is all I care about. From now on I'm a pensky guy.
