Terrible customer service - picked up the uhaul and it had a hole in the gastank but the lady told me to go fill it up - once i got to the gas station (500 ft from the pickup) and realized there was a hole i had my friend go talk to her and ask for her assistance in bringing the uhaul back so we could get a new uhaul. She then said “once it leaves my lot its not my problem” we waited 8 HOURS before we could get roadside assistance//a new UhAul sorted. The actual worst people ever to have a Uhaul location.

IAN BThere was an issue with the track on the back door of the the truck, that the office manager acknowledged. It was more of a challenge to open and close. The truck was clean however, and their service was great.
