Location owners were very accommodating to pick-up and return times. Terry met me 3 hours before opening time in order to facilitate my schedule. Pick up and return were seamless.

The only reason I rated the experience excellent is because of the agent at the pickup location, I apologize that I don't have her name because she was amazing. However, your on-line check-in is a joke. It's the second time I have used it, and both yielded the same results. It is cumbersome and too time consuming. To make it worse, in both instances, something didn't come through so the check-in process was manual and so the checking in "early" is simply a waste of my time. I won't do it again.
