I had a great experience renting from this U-Haul location! was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable—she made sure I had everything I needed before I left. I rent trailers fairly often for buying and moving items, and this was one of the smoothest experiences I’ve had. This will definitely be my go-to location from now on. It’s conveniently located on Highway 52 heading toward Norwood, but not quite that far out. Highly recommend!

And instead of asking them to leave, she starts to repeat my important personal information in front of these 2 guys. Because she knew them, I did not like that. And I feel that's a violation of privacy.
