I had a great experience with Custom Accessories Buildings U-Haul Service from start to finish. My initial phone conversation with the front desk was excellent — they were friendly, informative, and very helpful in answering my questions. The after-hours self-checkout and return process using the lockbox and drop box was simple and convenient, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The equipment was clean and well maintained, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would definitely use this location again.
