The staff at Eclipse Self Storage are great, this rating is not based on them. I was disappointed with the whole experience of booking and thinking you have one type of equipment booked for pick up at a specific location but you get a call the day before your scheduled pickup and they tell you what they have available and where it is located. In this case we got a smaller truck and had to driver further to get it. The whole process of thinking you have something available when and where you need it, but then finding out you don't was disappointing.
