The gas tank lid was not easy to open. I had to go there twice and ask for help to fill the tank. It was inconvenient.

Karl RI was rented out a U-Haul truck that stalled out during the move it started back up and got us to the parking lot of our apartments but while returning the vehicle U-Haul claimed damages were made to the truck and are trying to charge me a damage fee when we didn’t move much only a couple dressers and a washer and dryer and a couch and a few boxes when we got the U-Haul and opened it up after rental the back was dirty and had a lot of debrees of wood chips in the back of the hall bad for business.
