Hooked up trailer incorrectly and forgot to tighten the hitch ball. Trailer popped off 1/2 mile later on major highway. Was able to replace and tighten hitch ball despite middle of the road on a major highway.

We had nothing but problems with this location and will not rent from this location ever again.
Katlyn STruck was dirty. Blankets were not in the back of truck . Had to wait till the store was empty to get the blankets. Took 1 hour to get truck and blankets.
Donda LTire tie down strap was melted/frayed.
