We rented the trailer one way from albuquerque to California. In the past most reps. Would ask us how many days do you want the trailer? In this situation no one ask us? We left on Friday and arrived in ca on Sunday We unloaded the trailer. Monday morning at 730 a.m. we dropped off the trailer at the u-Haul in downey. We contacted talked to three people moving up the chain about how we can get a credit fir a 1 day and a half. In each instance no one would help us. Stating this is our policy. We explained each time to the managers that no one explained this to us. We also explained to the u-Haul reps. Thst we are loyal customers and every time the reps. Would ask? How many days do you need the equipment for? This is a failure on your company not training your employees properly. Can some one in upper management contact me?
