CURTIS DWent out of their way to fix a problem of my creation. Super helpful.
DAVID DCustomer service was poor. I reserved the rental at another location and pick up time. I had to take off work early as this location closed early and when I brought this up, the representative lectured me about the fine print/ preferred location and acted like I needed to be thankful that he didn’t send me hours to another location. Then proceeded to tell me that they’re closed on Saturday and how I needed to follow the self return process. I was very close to returning the trailer to another location and paying double to make him have to get the trailer. I believe the representative was the owner but has zero customer service skills.
