My experience wasn't all that good. I was asked to bring a trailer back from albuquerque to my destination for a discount. I am upset that it took more gas (price of gas are very high), because of the trailer. And it added 2 more hours to my trip. My discount was no discount, I probably would have paid less without the trailer. So, to improve, don't ask customers to do your work for discounts. It's not worth it.
