The lady working there was super sweet and helpful, im so sad i didnt get her name. She helped me out in a very stressful situation, bless her heart.
Zurisadai MI got charged for insurance coverage that I did not request. When returning the van, I requested a receipt and did not get one. They said they would check the van later. I never received the 2nd final receipt. If I received it that day upon return of the van, I would have seen the extra charge of insurance.
CAN LI don't like the way they charge on my Credit Card, before final amount they charged me 3 times, that is too confusing..
