Angelica OThis was my 3rd drop off location after I was previously sent to another drop off location that was supposedly 24hr drop off. After spending 30 minutes on the phone with U-Haul help and explaining that there was no safe place to park the truck or drop off the keys, they finally moved me to an alternate location. That location did have U-Haul drop thankfully, but by this time it was dark and the ally I was lent to park in was quite full. The 24/7 help team was very kind and helpful, but I had to confirm multiple times that I was at the location of drop off and there was no box on the door before they moved the reservation to an alternative location. This all would have been avoided if the original drop off destination I choose was not full. How frustrating. I made a reservation well in advance and they’re should have been room at this location for drop off. Otherwise, what is the point of the reservation.
