KATHLEEN OThe pick up went great. Very friendly and easy to deal with. However, I was not notified until late morning that my pickup location changed. I had to scramble a bit because of it. Also, there was no trailer jack on the trailer. I had to help the gentleman pick it up by hand to attach to my truck. Later, I had to detach and reattach while loaded. Then, pick it up by myself when I dropped it off. This is not a safe practice. Way too many chances for an injury to occur. PUT A FUCKING TRAILER JACK ON IT!!! Other than that the rental went great. Trailer worked perfect.
