When I went to pick up the truck it was covered in snow and buried in about 3-4 feet of snow. I have pictures to prove it. It took about 20-30 minutes of moving it back and forth to get it unstuck. It was terrible experience and I can’t believe I had to pay money for such a poor service.
Robert MThe U haul’s AC (heat) was not working. It gave me a hard time during this winter.
Sarun JThe Heater hardly worked, windows frosted over made it hard to see when driving at night and we froze for the entire hour and a half drive that we had. There was a broken mirror and glass all over the back and a wood cabinet left in the back. We paid almost $400 for the worst uhaul experience I have ever had!!!
