I reserved the truck a number of days in advance. From the time I arrived to pick it up, to the time I drove it off the lot was around an hour. Nothing was ready. I had reserved 2 dollys and a dozen moving blankets. None of these things were in the truck. I had to carry them out to the truck myself. The lot was not plowed, so that was 4 trips back and forth to the truck through snow and ice. The truck wasn't equipped with a snow brush. I had to grab the one from my car to clear off the truck. The rolling door was frozen shut and the windshield wipers were also frozen. I had to chisel all the ice off. I've used UHAUL many times and have never been disappointed. I just felt that this location did nothing to prepare for my rental. The vehicles have always been loaded with the equipment prior, and cleared of snow and ice before ive arrived. I'll continue to recommend UHAUL, just not this location.
