First, all the staff here are outstanding. I keep coming back because they are all on top of their customer service game! They all are kind, polite, and have pleasant personalities with some flare! I'd do two things differently- 1. I'd paint the railing that your automatic gate slides on Yellow, orange or red so it alerts folks there is a trip hazard there! I had a wonderful trip that resulted in a whole body fall! (I will be okay!) But for others that could result in a financial set back for this company given the wrong type of customer getting injured. 2. Have a second back up person to assist with pick up and returns especially for the weekends, this lady was exceptional and handled it all with such grace and kindness! But she shouldn't have to have that kind of pressure, alone! Some customers can be jerks and no staff need to stress unnecessarily. Otherwise, I hope they are paid VERY WELL!
