I was charged for gas I’m unsure why? I filled it up the way I was supposed too. The lady was nice I dropped the uhaul off 1 1/2 hr after I picked it up. I only moved a sectional.
Lauren FTruck battery died and had to wait an extra day to get the truck fixed. Rude older lady working at The Storage Place in Alvin.
Diego TI refilled the fuel right before I returned the car(I had a receipt). Then I got charge $22 as the fuel charge. I called the front desk lady and she was not just unhelpful, She was extremely rude. She stated she did not work for Uhaul so she had no intention to at least talk about it or double checking.! I understand I refilled the gas task did not mean I refilled enought. $22 were not something big but the way she handled it was extremely disappointed. That's not the way you do business. Her place collaborated with Uhaul for a reason. Extremely disappointed and furious.
