Kimberley SThe location associates had no working phone number. Told us we had to do everything on our phone, which we did. The key box lock would not open, we had to oil the lock to get it open.
Robert LI rented this uhual with an appliance dolly. Upon getting the U-Haul I asked about the dolly. The lady at the counter had no idea what I was talking about and refused to call her boss. All she kept telling me was "he said everything is online" so it was pretty ridiculous that she wouldn't even call her boss for a paying customer. Then upon returning the U-Haul it took me an hour because the website wouldn't work correctly. I hope I NEVER EVER have to rent another U-Haul.
