Susan VA lady called me from this location leaving me a very I felt rude voicemail I do know I left the truck and not the keys because I was not going to allow anybody to check the truck in with me not being there she didn't have to be rude about it overall she stated that she doesn't like doing u-haul so I don't feel that she should be doing U-Hauls. I give this place a -0 on satisfaction.
Amber AI was overcharged for my truck insurance called in and no one called me back, bad customer service!!!!!!!!
