The vehicle's condition was horrible. A/C did not work, the steering was loose and hence it wandered constantly on the highway, and it smelled of smoking in the cab. Not what I typically have experienced.
LOTHAR TVery friendly staff, the pick up and drop off very both easy. I have a dispute about the insurance charge which is currently being reviewed so hopefully I will have it resolved.
