The person who checked out the vehicle did not inform me of a cleaning fee of $25? I want to personally see this car cleaned. I have used U Haul all the time with trust and dignity and accountability. Since I was not informed of the cleaning fee I would like this to be credited to my account. Thank you.

The biggest disappointment was the U-Haul web page. The camera pictures were always stuck uploading. The uploading starburst symbol would not complete the upload. After several minutes and a couple attempts and showing the owner , we left. The owner said this is common. Big disappointment to the upper management and IT department.
