Perhaps a bit more attention to detail explaining the contact by the rep before signing - vague and lack of personal customer care- otherwise, I thoroughly enjoyed the “Viper Van” (pix on side of truck), however rough and ready, it was reliable and got the job done.The return service of this piece of equipment was Excellent-- Lyberger’s rocks, plus it beats the summer crowds.
