SHANNON JThey charged me for 13 gallons of gas, even though I have the photo to prove otherwise. The app wouldn't let me upload the photo, but I have it. ~$65 they charged me for gas I already paid for when I filled up the U-haul upon returning it. Very pissed off at this fact, as it constitutes fraud.
