charles sI would not recommend the service I received. When the cargo trailer was attached to my vehicle, the installer did not notice that the ball hitch was missing a washer and nut. This oversight could have caused a serious safety issue. I strongly suggest that staff receive additional training to ensure these details are not missed in the future. Customers should feel confident that their equipment is installed properly and safely before leaving your lot.
