I was charged an over mileage charge and this is unacceptable. The main route ( I-26) was literally closed and we had to reroute way around. Once we got back to I-26 after many many miles, the road was STILL closed so we were forced to go around once again. This time we just chose all small roads. This is obviously the reason for the extra mileage. I also was never informed of an actual mileage restriction. I assumed it was unlimited as long as it was returned to the agreed location. I also returned the truck a whole day early and didn’t see a refund for that. Overall I’m disgusted with the experience that Uhaul gave me and will not be recommending uhaul. There are many other ther companies that will treat me better
