Absolutely nothing to improve upon with this representative. They went above and beyond to assist me with checking in over the phone and were the most helpful rep I have associated with. If they're is a way to offer them some financial gains by all means please do so!

RICHARD SWe ended up renting 3 smaller trucks to move over the course of a week, we only rented from here once, and it was by far oir best experience. They were the only location that truly allowed you to do the online pick up and drop off without going to the counter. Additionally, my husband left his glasses in the truck, clearly our fault for not making sure we had gotten everything. Im not sure of the lady's name but she went above and beyond to help us. The truck had already been rented, she called the other customer. When she said she would call me back, I wasn't holding my breath, but she called back and said they hadn't seen them but would check again. She called back the next day, FOUND THEM, and left them for us. Definitely above and beyond what she needed to do, true customer service!
