I reserve for same day pick up and was instantly disappointed. First it’s hard to find location and literally drove around parking lot for 10 minutes trying to find location as it’s 2 in 1 parking lot. Secondly I tried calling forever and no one ever picked up, I had to call U-Haul directly to cancel and at that point they did a courtesy call to dealer ( it’s not a U-Haul facility) and at that point they answered and opened up the shop. Lastly I never added the damage coverage as I was just moving a couch for my daughter but somehow it ended up on my bill. The check out was cool I guess because I was told to check out in app for faster service but my low stars was because I DO NOT like being thrown off by places that is hard to find and literally wasted time and was in route to another location because these guys didn’t answer

JAIME RYou can’t even find the place! It has a handwritten sign in a dilapidated strip mall, and myself and another customer were driving around the parking lot looking for it causing a whole other host of issues by your customer service phone number! Staff member inside was friendly and helpful.
