Location had a pile of garbage on the floor next to the desk. Truck was gross. Sticky stuff in the cup holder and dash board. Very expensive to rent a truck for an hour. On top of that I was billed for extra miles that I did not drive. No way to prove since I didn't take a photo of the odometer before I left. Lesson learned. Gas was nearly empty and they expected me to return it with more gas than was in it. I returned with same level of gas and was billed an extra $30. Luckily I took a photo of the gas level so that charge was reversed. Didn't expect a U-Haul location to be so shady. Will not be returning.
