It's a Uhaul truck, it works, was clean. Used, but well maintained. The location manager was friendly, helpful, and communicative. Would recommend.
Ian MDid not enter drop off site, so personnel was not applicable. I return the U-Haul with more gas then received and still had $24.00 added for a couple of extra miles. No credit was given for additional gas.
Lisa TLocation was an independent convenience store that had a full display of weed products for sale. Very difficult to communicate with the store owner/clerk. I don't appreciate being sent to this location instead of the big U-Haul store I requested. Also, when we unloaded the truck the next day and 200 miles from the pick-up location, we discovered two bed rails had been left in the truck by someone else.
