Here is a comment. How about instead of making me drive 40 miles from my home to drop off the truck you let me drop it off at the location that is in my town 4 miles away. You knew I was driving to big bear lake and instead of moving one of your trucks to a different location you make your customer do it with no reimbursement. That is bull shit. What a fucked up policy. I guess when you’re the only show in town you can treat your customers like shit. Way to go U-Haul.

Robyn CSpeaking of the location only. Make sure all reserved equipment is in stock for pick up. They did not have the small utility dolly.
ROGER HTruck was an older truck but did the job It was clean and easy pick up and drop off. But as often as I rent from uhaul ..... you need to be giving me the .99 a mile no matter what day of the week I rent
