The truck only had 20 miles of gas. So had to stop and fill first. Not knowing how much to put in.

Make sure the truck is clean and in working condition!
Meliena AYou could provides straps in back that could be used to hold furniture or other stuff in place when hauling so stuff don't move around while driving.
Todd MThis was the worst customer service experience of my entire life. Website and app didn't work work, kept requiring me to log out and back in to complete transaction, tried to do pre check in, had issues with the app, had to call customer service to get it to acknowledge my reservation, continued with entering all my pre check in info and when I arrived at the pick up station they claimed to not have me in their system!! They had to call from gas station to try and find me in the system then they still needed all my info all over again to do the transaction which means I wasted my time pre registering and put us behind schedule on picking up our furniture order. To top things off we returned uhaul truck after not even using it for 2 hours and the next day I received a phone call from uhaul, stating that I've broken contract and they show I didn't yet return the truck and they would be needing it shortly??!!!! Was told on to call the place where I dropped the truck off, tried calling there but it was a fax number... called uhaul again and told them I had indeed returned the truck the night before and they said ",oh OK the attendant must have forgotten to check the truck back in but this was their first step to checking"!!!@ why wouldn't the first step be for uhaul to call the gas station first and check with employees instead of causing undue stress to their customers. This was awful. Will not recommend.
Alisha HI put in over 11 gallons of gas. I went a total of 130 miles and was charged an additional 8 gallons for gas. I think this is BS.
