Person there had no idea what they were doing. I had a 7 am reservation and wanted be to come back in an hour. I told them no. Figure it out. It took them over 30 minutes to get me on the road

The truck ran fine for a truck of its kind. No mechanical issues. The inside was dirty but acceptable. But I was VERY annoyed when they had NO packing blankets for me. I had to load the truck immediately and I could not have done so without the blankets. Very frustrating. The attendant spoke very poor English and seemed not to care. Fortunately, I went to the U-Haul location on Wisconsin Ave in Appleton WI and they helped me. They were great.
Mark ZFurniture Dolly and blankets both missing. Acquiring key took a while, even after online check in process, which was not seamless (pictures failed to upload several times)
Graham SIt was a little hard to get in and out of, but the staff helped and were very friendly to work with.
