We would HIGHLY recommend this location! Colin was beyond helpful when setting up the U-Haul reservation, and even more helpful when we went to pick up the U-Haul truck. He is very knowledgeable and made the process so easy. We had a bad experience a few months ago when renting a U-Haul in SC from The Shed Company. We had an issue with the lock box and finding the key to the truck we had rented. We called and never received a call back, but only a text message that was not helpful. We ended up having to call U-Haul's customer service and having a very nice representative who helped us for a little over 45 minutes. With all that being said, we did not have that issue with Colin at Wildway Buildings and Country Living. Colin was fantastic.
