The manger Carrie is very rude, charged me more than I was told and when I turned equipment in 2 days earlier I did not receive I credit as I was originally told and promised that I would.

MATTHEW KI was initially charged $76 for a 15’ box truck. They asked me new questions which I have never been asked before. Come to find out the mileage I told them I’d “probably” drive after telling them I’m moving 3 miles one way was 30 miles. I had to pay for the 30 miles as well as the $15 fee and a $30 truck rental. I told them I wanted the $20 local day rental and was told that’s not available anymore. I drove 6 miles and had the truck for 4 hours. I used no fuel and was told if I drove over the 30 miles I would be charged $1 a mile more. Rip Off! I’ll borrow someone’s pickup if I need it again!
