17 ft van in rough shape. Just all dented up. Also a.c. went away when you hit the gas and came back when off the gas.

The guy that help me was helpful but the other guy there kept chiming in that since I didnt pick up trailer at 12:00 noon like I requested that something was wrong or was saying that they didn’t have trailer cause I wasn’t there until 2:30pm and I tried to explain to him I’m sorry but I called their phone number and they didn’t answer but that I did speak with U-Haul phone center and that I told them I would t be there to get it tell 2:30-300pm they said they would add it to my reservation and he said that no I didn’t call and that if I did they wouldn’t have put it in computer anyway. So I insisted that I did call which I did, but he kept going on that I didn’t call so I told him well if they (the store) would have answered the phone they would have known that I was running late and he (Rico I think was his name) got an even bigger attitude telling me that well that’s your fault and that they didn’t answer cause they were busy but they way he way saying it to me is what made me upset, he was rude and basically kind of threatening me that he wasn’t going to rent me the trailer. In fact if I could have gotten a trailer somewhere else at that moment I would have just because the way he was acting towards me and my wife. And the worst part was that he was not even the person that was helping me he was doing all this from his computer station not once asking me if he could actually help me out he was just really being rude and unprofessional. But the guy that was helping me out, Bill I think was his name he was an older gentleman that had oxygen on, was just shaking his head at this other employee that was harassing me. At the end of all of it they did have my trailer and none of the employees actions were justified which made me even more mad it was like he was just doing it to try and get a rise out of me. Bill on the other hand was great and did everything to help me and make it all ok he even came out and help put trailer on my truck even thou he could barely breathe after Hooking up everything I will only use uhaul again because of Bill I really hope that is his name. So thank you Bill

I believe that the last weekend of the month has to have more employees on location to keep operation moving smoothly, and errors minimal. Although my experience was unsatisfactory, i dont blame the personal on site as I am possitive that with the demand and amount of workers, many mistakes like the ones I encountered would be made no matter how good the understaffed crew was. That being said the staff was very kind and helpfull, given the stressfull situation!

The store manager was awesome, but he seemed a bit understaffed and had new people that weren't quite trained yet. That said, the team was really good, helpful, and working very hard. The truck was in good shape and everything worked just great. Thank you!

The service in regards to the truck rental was fine. The movers that I hired through the link on the Uhaul website never showed up and won't return my calls or emails. The staff at UHaul were sad to hear of my predicament, but offered nothing to help with the situation. Not even a discount to try again with a different mover. So I went with a different company altogether.

I have rented from you in past. After last time that most likely will not ever happen from this location. My dad was told he would get VA discount. He was never given the chance or told to sign a contract. The person just told us bring back the van with highlighted amount gas. Noone said don't feel it up we won't give you anything back. When I told the general Manger no my dad didn't a in that. No they never had anything for him to read threw. She argued with me and acted like she could care less. Which most have been case saying my dad put an extra 30 gallons in the tank at 2.50 a gallon. That would about 70.00 worth. Looks like he might have gotten back 20.00. Not good at all. Poor service even poor mangment. I would like you to credit my dad back for a free rental at leaste. That would make up for the 50.00 he is out off. Plus I'm sorry that happened to you might be nice. You had him sign for his credit card and that was it. He never got to read a contrat. Do what is right and give him his money baxk
