After going to the 80th/Federal location and waiting in line for close to 45 minutes only for him to mess up the order so many times I walked out in frustration. I went to the Wadsworth location and had much better luck and was helped quickly and without problems. Do more of what you're doing at the Wadsworth location. Much less of the 80th/Federal.

I wasn't given an opportunity to inspect the truck before I left and when I brought it back they said the right tailight didn't work but I didn't do anything but drive it. I don't think I got charged for it though

I had to sweep the trailer out in order to haul furniture but it was a minor issue. The staff bent over backwards to solve an issue with the signal lights. Kudos to the staff for their efforts.

Nothing. My only ‘glitch’ was that my live identity confirmation wouldn’t go through, so the process took a bit longer than it would have had I just checked in at the counter. The women working today were fantastic, helpful, and kind.

It took over 20 min for us to be acknowledged and then another 10-15 min for us to get our van, even though I had reserved it beforehand. The woman who would have helped us was on the phone the whole time we were there, presumably because she didn't know how to do something and made a mistake. The last 3 times we rented, I've noticed the customer service people were untrained in some aspect. U haul needs to train their staff more thoroughly before they work with the public!

Computer problems delayed truck pick up. No pads on truck. Lady made $ compensation. Will go to budget next time.



Very slow. Had a reservation and took them an hour to get to me. Did not control the crowd/line and was left to customers. Employees were not observant, mentally present or friendly. Truck smelled like smoke. I wanted the smallest truck with a ramp available, they would only rent me a 15' truck, there was 3 10' trucks there when I left and when I returned so I was upset they would not rent that to me. I feel they misrepresented prices on purpose, and gave me the 15' to upcharge me- as I called to reserve and when I arrived the price had tripled. I would not suggest this location as the employee productivity as well as competency is far under par.

Wasted over 35 minutes at check in because of computer issues through the U-Haul system. Personnel at the site were apologetic and were doing the best they could dealing with a system that apparently needs major attention.
