Uhaul needs to stop referring people to random ass gas stations with no service and have it at an official location. We were redirected here from Advantage Self Storage and had to use online check in process. Worst check in process ever. The site kept booting me off and not uploading my pictures. The directions were wrong, there was no combination lock and the desk person was a bit lost on how the process went. It is waste of time and no customer service to guide or troubleshoot. Uhaul can go fuck themselves

U-Haul should not advertise something at 19.95 and the rental be $127. This is false advertising and I may contact an attorney bout this.
KATHY SThe location wasn't so bad but the App took over an hour to complete the pick up process with submit errors and required re entering nformation repeatedly. The instructions couldnt be looked at and i had to call for the gate lock combo making my schedule roughly 90 min behind. The mileage was incorrect for my trip which was 43.2 miles yet I was charged for 87 miles and I didn't agree to the charge nor did anyone reach out to me as promised when I contested the mileage. Bad experience overall.
Matthew Rif you are moving to all services through the app I would recommend a WiFi signal for customers. I spent 30 minutes on check in and 20 on check out due to poor service
Kevin BThe truck was fine, the new online process is a hassle and not worth it. It told me to drop my keys in a drop box before I gave it a picture of the odometer - had to have the gas station attendant help me get it out. It would not let me pay, for 25 minutes I was scrambling trying to figure out how to get the app to allow me to pay... it then was supposed to give me a code to unlock the truck- it did not. Me and this poor man at the gas station counter were trying to navigate this new set-up for 35 minutes. Now, you could say - you shoulda gotten there earlier. I have used uhaul before and it has been in and out 2 minutes. This new process is a little ridiculous, and honestly, why fix something that is not broken? This was a pretty awful experience trying to juggle with while also under the stress of moving. In total, picking up and dropping off that truck took me 1 hour and 15 minutes, all while the app was like "your late" and im STARING AT THE TRUCK IM SUPPOSED TO BE PICKING UP. Appreciate the gas station attendant who was helping me through the process 🙏🙌
