The outside being the store front the parking lot and where the trucks are sitting all of it was very clean and welcoming. Easy to access all areas for pick up.

Brian EI called and told the people at the pick up place, but the brakes and transmission on the uhaul were very bad. I didn't even grab all of my things, or keep it as long as I intended, returning it after 2.5-3 hours instead. I didn't trust it, especially with my children inside as well.
