Excellent all the way staff was excellent as well as the 20’ unit I rented . Only thing that could have made it better was if the unit would have been a GM product but the Ford did just fine.

2 bags of garbage and a pizza box was left in the rear of the van when I picked it up. Otherwise the van was fine.

Andrew KNerve wracking for a newbie, but the videos and live help were the saving grace. Manual locks on the vehicle was cumbersome for a single driver. Maybe more help with the mirrors….otherwise it was a successful moving day!
