The staffs from this location went above and beyond! We had problem to install the hitch ball to Tesla model Y, and told them about it; the manager immediately knew the issue and offered the solution. The whole team got our issue resolved and our trailer was hooked up appropriately and in a timely manner! Bravo team! I will go back to this location for any rental again. Thank you.
