Fallyn HThis location is a joke. There is no physical building at the registered address. It's a large industrial lot that is shared by multiple companies. Some woman met me in her car and gave me the keys to the truck and said to return it to the spot I picked it up in. "Leave the key in the glove box." Well I locked the van, because to me this is an unsecured area and anyone could open the door and drive off with the van. They were unhappy that I locked the van. Well too bad, if the van was stolen, they would have me pay for it or any damage if they ever found it again.
PAUL BThe store/parking stays in a good location in Astoria, but the office is not in there. So sometimes it takes longer to find someone to finish the process for picking up the vehicle and give you the key. But it works, overall.
